To ensure your systems is maintained and working we need to check it over as we take one lot of flowers down and put another lot up, bits inevitably come apart and get lost.  We replace these and any leaks so you can rest assured, your display, will get watered.

Checking or Servicing your existing water system

Each time the planting is changed the water system will need to be repaired.  As the baskets come down the spaghetti tubes are entwined with the plant stems as the plants have been growing all season, and often being trailing/climbing plants they naturally wind each other up!

We try and disentangle the pipes , remove the baskets, or whichever container it is and hang up the next one.  Ideally the water system is on while we do this so as we restake the spaghetti we can see the water dripping and see any leaks that we can then repair.

Unserviced systems inevitably leak and baskets die.  It is a way of insuring all your plants look their best.  If its on a timer and therefore an automatic system, so turns on/off at regular intervals automatically,  we are happy to gaurantee your plants.  We would replace everything if necessary

The only maintainance your plants need is that you give them water daily please, please please!

It will depend on your building and brackets, fewer but larger baskets usually has more impact.

When selecting your basket size, the refill option is only for returning customers who have bought containers from us before.

Hayricks Summer

Hayricks are ‘works of art’!  Filled with colour coordinated planting, this year eyecatchers are contrasting shades of violet, glowing orange and deepest rich reds. Our Hayricks come in a selection of sizes, 20 inch hayricks are the most popular size and look spectacular!  Sizes range 15 inches to 25 inches across the back.  Fewer but larger hayricks usually have more impact.  They are often used in windier positions as they are fixed to the wall.  They are sometimes used in narrow areas where space is short.

Refill price includes the container that we collected from you last year, or will swap at delivery – new customers need to order new containers

Window Box/ Trough Summer

Window boxes are heartwarming’ works of art’!  Filled with colour coordinated planting, this year eyecatchers are contrasting shades of violet, glowing orange and deepest rich reds. Our, off the shelf, window boxes come in a standard of sizes, 15″, 24″, 30″,40 inches in length.  It will depend on your building and brackets, fewer but larger window boxes usually have more impact.  We have assorted brackets for fixing in different situations.  We recommend window boxes are fitted on the wall below the window sill, as the plants grow 10-12 inches up and trail down.

Wire Troughs Summer

Our Wire troughs come in a selection of sizes, from 18 inches to 54inches in diametre.  Although the online options are just 24″ and 30″ as these are the most popular sizes.  So please email if you need the others.  It will depend on your building and brackets, fewer but larger wire troughs usually have more impact.  For instance, we recently fixed 24 inch wire troughs to a plastic railing, around a show caravan, they are often used on railings or as a ‘band’ around a pub

Half Barrels Summer

From £33.50

Barrels are heartwarming ‘works of art’!  Filled with colour coordinated planting, this year eyecatchers are contrasting shades of violet, glowing orange and deepest rich reds.  Our Barrels come in two sizes, from 15 inches and 24 inches in diameter.  It will depend on your building and space, fewer but larger barrels usually have more impact, and don’t dry out as quickly, but tubs don’t dry out so quickly as hanging baskets, but it’s still great to water them every day.  There is slow-release fertiliser in the compost so they don’t need feeding.

Planters Summer

We ONLY refill planters and due to the variety of shapes and sizes customers have.  We calculate the cost based on the width of your current planter in inches x £1.50. If you have a planter that is 20 inches in diameter, please put 20 in the field below and add to your basket.

Flower Pouch Summer

Flower pouches are compact columns of colour.   Compact, precise planting to give a specific column shape.  We usually hang 2 or 3 pouches above each other to make columns of colour on pillars or either side of doorways etc.   Ideally, they are on a water system as they are quite difficult to water at height.  Within reach, they can easily be watered with a hose etc.  Filled with colour coordinated planting, this year eyecatchers are contrasting shades of violet, glowing orange and deepest rich reds.

Tree Basket

Tree baskets, (or standing baskets!) are a flowering alternative to the old fashioned classic  ‘standard bay’, often used either side of doorways.  Filled with colour coordinated planting, this year eyecatchers are vibrant violets, striking oranges with contrasting crimsons.

We have sourced some new sturdy , decorative wrought iron tree baskets of great quality, which look very special either side of doors, on patios, decking.  They are a great alternative to the traditional standard bay tree either side of your front door, being full of fabulous flowering plants to be the envy of all!

A fitted GARDENA Water Computer MasterControl is attached to the tap and controls the automatic irrigation of your premises, ensuring to keep your flowers looking great.

Fitted Watering System

£350.00

Water systems are the key to great baskets.  Watering systems save a lot of time and effort.  We find a water source as near to the display as possible, install a tap and from that link pipework around a building with 16mm black plastic pipe.

Remember to turn the system on and off twice each day.  The plants not only grow, but absolutely flourish for months on end!

If turning the tap on and off manually is inconvenient, we recommend having a water timer fitted, please order separately.
